Joint research project with PTB and IAP for multichannel SQUID electronics developmentMarch 01, 2017 Joint research project with PTB and IAP for multichannel SQUID electronics development Magnicon has started a joint research project with PTB (Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt) and IAP (Institut fuer Angewandte Photonik e.V.) named MCFLL. Goal of the project is the development of a multi-purpose multichannel SQUID electronics to be scalable for systems with a couple of channels up to systems with 1000 SQUID channels or more. The electronics should be suitable for a variety of applications (single-stage SQUIDs, 2-stage SQUIDs, TES bias, etc.) while maintaining moderate costs, low noise, and high bandwidth. This project is funded by the state of Berlin and the European Regional Development Fund (EFRE). |
